Omesh, leave the static size on "no". When you get into the game simply click the maximize button and it will increase the window size and cursor wont jump.

That works thanks.

Another question: why does Shiki (that pic on page 1) use the No Gamma setting?

With No Gamma I seem to get washed out colors and contrast, gamma settings in-game don't do anything.

This is without No Gamma.

I assume the washing out shouldn't happen?

Edit: It seems the game only runs with slightly lower gamma with that setting on. Still, I wish the text would be white at least.

Tolerable after installing a different, sharper font though.

Yeah I think its only because the lighting effects around mobs and stuff are emphasised more with no gamma. Personal preference i guess. That text also changes colours in different act towns with that setting for some reason.

no gamma depends entirely on your monitor settings, on mine it looks good even if it's a bit too dark but I've got a couple friends who just HAVE TO use shader-gamma to make it playable.

9. I'm playing with the wrapper in windowed mode and everytime I open the inventory, the mouse jumps to the wrong place.
The problem is based on the fact, that the game itself wasn't started with Window-capability. Make sure that in the link you used to start the game, the parameters "-w" AND "-3dfx" are included.
f.e.:
"c:\games\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w -3dfx

This was the only reason why i didn't use this, now it's fixed its working great!
