I'm using C/C++ along with ASM (we're working on a game without the source code, so assembly is required for sure). It is also to note that "conventional C++" and coding on D2 is quite different. You're working on an already compiled product, you're not doing your own from scratch... You're going to use techniques that you would barely usually use in conventional coding, you have to think about stuff you usually wouldn't even care about if you were coding your program from scratch, etc

Help is always welcome, and I don't mind answering questions, or help anyone getting started. Although don't come to me with absolutely no knowledge. At least get a base before getting into this... Go through the C/C++ tutorials, get familiar with the syntax, get used to the language, etc... go through some basic assembly and reverse engineering tutorials, and so on.

I have some template to get into C/C++ programming on D2, somewhere in my files. Although I need to update it, but if some of you are interested, I could update it (wouldn't take much time) and upload it on here.

Layout of the second stat screen page. The making of this also led to a new debug feature, which is the ability to reload txt files without leaving the game (showing this off mainly for Marco here)

This looks good. You mainly want to get familiar with the syntax, learn the basics of programming in the used languages (declaring variables, structures, pointers, blah blah), learn about the scope concept (global variables against local variables for example), etc.
