Re: Storytelling Game

As if driven by the instinct to live, the writers unanimously screamed out pleas for help, wistfully putting their misplaced hope in a savior who was never coming nor ever cared even a moment for their pathetic existence - much similar to how religion works now  Wink - however that proved pointless as the inevitable fate of the writers was sealed with one searing fireball of death for them all, but the most terrible part, the fire didn't kill them outright! No, instead the breath attack was so putrid with a vile stank of fear, each writer saw parts of themselves they hated the most... overweight, too skinny, older and unattractive, unable to quick smoking, never sticking up for their friends... and these emotions intensified into such a malevolent force due to the attack drawing out negative emotions and expounding upon them, the writers died to sheer self loathing as they simultaneously burned to death with a terrible wish of never being born. And the irony, Marco knew what the dragon could do, and smirked in the other realm in quaint satisfaction at his handy-work. The Imagination Dragon then departed for other realms with which it could terrorize those who have lost almost every ounce of hope, so it could take great satisfaction from shattering their mortal sanity.

Marco was back in his element in Sanctuary, getting ready to delve into the Void when...

Here is a song related to that wonderful paragraph that I find fitting with this sentence quoted from said song; please watch it and you'll see what I mean Very Happy :

"The void that cries through you"

Whist peered out from underneath the Extra Large Asbestos Book of Median Upgrade Versions (ELABMUV) shaking so badly he was unable to control himself. Sensing movement Marco spun his balloon penis unicorn around deftly and peered into the settling dust and smoke. "Well are you gonna get to work or just stand there and piss yourself?" Marco spat out at Whist.

Whist composed himself, straitening his shirt, and said, "I've got this covered. Let me just... videotape your exit so I may add it to the Sigma video sequence." Again, Marco barely cared, opening his portal, but before he went in, as if inspiration had struck, he quickly turned to Whist and said, "come, come with me Whist! We will slaughter the void together this time!" His eyes filled with fire and he smiled broadly ear to ear grabbing Whist's hand before he had time to abject. "What you shit head, I h4x0r3d teh portal..." but before Marco could hear him, they both vanished into abyss, swallowed by the portal...

Time stood still for Whist as he careened head long through the tube like portal, tumbling head over heels feeling the waves of nausea welling up inside. He could glimpse the butt end of the balloon penis unicorn and once or twice bounced into it's soft dark pinkness, although it did little to assuage his fear of where Marco was taking him. Why couldn't he leave him in the relative safety of the office where he could work quietly? What was he thinking, wasn't the fucking office just attacked by a goddam dragon or some shit?!?! Am I in hell or am I in a nightmare?!?

Whists portal hack began taking hold and to both Whist and Marco's abject horror, their bodies began to twist and merge in the nexus into a singular entity with one consciousness, combined with that of the balloon unicorn penis until the malformed creature finally emerged into Sanctuary through the hacked portal. What came out looked like...

Whisarcenis!!

While it was at first not quite a formed mass, it was clear enough to ascertain the "being" such as it was had merged qualities of each part to form something completely new. Whist's intelligence along with Marco's innovation and leadership and of course it looked like a gigantic penis. As it/they slowly started to gain control of this merged consciousness there was movement not far away in what appeared to be a crater or large cavernous opening. Their arrival had not gone unnoticed.

Whisarcenis pranced around wildly for a bit in angst before coming to grips with its new reality. Hatred began to well up inside it until it consumed the Whisarcenis's every thought. Some wild beasts came stalking towards Whisarcenis and in a blind fury of power, it rammed the tip of its head so hard into the creature, it split it two! More beasts were beginning to emerge from all around so Whisarcenis did his pre-buffing skills...

Casting again and again the realization started to slowly radiate from deep inside-the combined knowledge of the three was starting to create a cascading intelligence which was building and growing into something greater exponentially!! It seemed as if arcane magic, necromantic summonings, and martial arts were combining in ways unknown and inconceivable prior to this unholy union. The urge to utilize this new found awareness was overwhelming and at once the thoughts were to lash out at any and all beings around.

A gooey-type substance began to spray fourth from the maws of Whisarcenis's mouth, covering all the nearby creatures in a thick, sludge, transparent white in color, but the essence of pure evil! All the creatures sprayed upon instantly began to wither and melt away in agonizing pain, the ground beneath them also disintegrating!
