superbeast ctc

Post by nodoubt0322 on Mon Aug 12, 2013 6:23 pm

I use LEMURES with superbeast morph
It came out with a lot of spirit in seconds because superbeast's super fast attack speed
And I wear a high chance ctc armor, such as rw kra glove--40% Chance to cast level 6 Frozen Soul on Attack
I don't think I have "40%" ctc frozen soul with superbeast fast attack speed
I barely saw a frozen soul.
It just is like 5% ctc.
What happen to superbeast?
I am sure I am not bad luck because I try some high chance ctc item

frozen soul often targets without a visable animation, so you may not see if the proc spawns or not.

tell me if im wrong.

The spirits do not matter for the proc, only the attack itself. One swing equals one 5% chance to proc.

^ thats right.
so you use 1 terror strike and then 5 sec+ of lemures spamm (that is 1 x 40%" ctc frozen soul in 6 sec for ex.).i belive lemures are considered as a casted spell so they don't trigger on attack proc.
if you want more 40%" ctc frozen soul then spamm more terror strike/any other melle attack and you'll see the difference

Mostly right, Lemures is a spell but it is a spell triggered by a melee attack so you still get the chance to cast from the attack swing on lemures.

Yes, I see the difference when I use terror strike
I feel BLOOD THORNS seems to be more efficient than lemures
The spirits took time to search the target
I have no idea why BassToMouth chose lemures as the main skill in his guide

Look at your chance to hit because I'm willing to bet it's very low. On attack procs only trigger if the melee attack hits IIRC.
