Are procs from gear such as Stormflyer and Klaatu Barada Nikto affected by +All skills, spell damage%, and energy factor?

I tried to do Judgement day uberquest with a necromancer using edyrem summons buffed with Rathma's chosen.

It was very peculiar, the enemies just kept swinging at the edyrems and nothing happens. No avatars are summoned. After a while the earthquakes stop too.

Do they have some weird interactions with RC? It can't be that they are invulnerable, because the SoV is invulnerable too and that works perfectly fine.

it may be to do with the 100% avoid RC gives, they only spawn avatars on striking.

Oh! That explains it I guess.
So, RC gives 100% avoid, hmm. I thought it worked the same way as sacred armor.

I dont think this is a short question and im pretty sure no one will have the same opinion on this but here it is:
is there an effective limit to -enemy resist, with that i mean that for example getting above -200 enemy resist will not change your damage

I hear enemies -100 is the minimum resistance you can have, same as enemies,we do -199 is because some uber monsters have high resistance such as 99%,and we want to keep them at -100
