On Destruction difficulty, in Chrysaor's Sewers uberlevel, you can come by the Elemental Stones and Unknown Skulls 1.

I thought that elemental stones drop from corresponding mobs:
fire from fire, stone from stone, etc.
but unknown skull?

And another question - is it true that drop of elemental and great runes are not affected by magic find?

1. unknown skulls can drop from all mobs in sewers
2. no, it doesn't affect it's drop rate

lets assume, that i have several jewels:
one gives 10-10 damage
second gives 10-10 cold damage

I can socket them to weapon and armor.

1. Is it correct that flat damage [first jewel] will give more final damage in weapon than in armor? [like I think it was in d2 lod]
2. Is it correct that cold damage [second jewel] will give same final damage in weapon and armor? [like I think it was in d2 lod]
3. Is it correct that in general for strength related build, flat damage will result in much more final damage? [like I think it was in d2 lod]

I'm a bit confused. Brother Laz wrote "% spell damage also works with passive elemental damage sources, but only on direct melee hits." Does it mean it's useless to have a lot of spell damage if you use an oksill like Arrow Swarm/Tantrum AND Kraken Stance Scratch?

Elemental +% damage works with melee attacks ( like naginata waysin ) but not on ranged attacks ( like bowazons ).
