Useful tools for the mod to use?

I'm planning to do a fresh install of D2 and the mod because my D2 folder is all messed up and my characters as well. I didn't have anything good in my characters anyway except I need to level up again which shouldn't take that long. Just today I checked out D2Clicker thread and knew that if I used this earlier, it would of made my life so much easier and spend less time crafting and more time farming.....

Anyway so now that I'm doing a fresh install and starting over from nothing, I just wanted to ask what tools people are using with this mod that is useful? I will definitely use D2Clicker right after I fresh install lol.
