Seriously tho, with this kind of internet I wont even bother turning on the computer. I will just use my phone cause it has the same connection as you. And what the hell are you doing in Antarctica? Is it hot there?
Surprisingly my internet works pretty well. I can do everything I need to do (watch streams/youtube in high quality, download torrents, etc.)
Antarctica is fine. Winters are a bit rough sometimes but that's about it.
"slower than 74% of ca"
Canada- I mean Antarctica has pretty shitty internet overall. I may be much slower than average, but do you know how much I'm paying for mine?

Cause updating the whole trace with modern fiber optics is expensive. And they cannot be bothered. England for example started changing their old lines 2 years ago and are still in progress. For a country who is supposedly vastly richer than any country of Eastern Europe, is 20 years behind telecommunication-wise. It also takes a lot of planning starting a project this ambitious.@ItalianPower wrote:Why italy sucks so much? xD

@Wotan wrote:Grade B- cause of the crappy upload speed. For mine (@ page 5) I'm paying 10 euro including TV + HDTV. Romania and Bulgaria pretty much have the best internet in whole Europe with the exception of Hungary.
Well by TV I meant digital channels (including HD ones), and ofcourse this isn't the best offer...There is another provider that has 200 mbps download and 50 mbps upload + TV and phone at allmost the same price .

And that is with some shitty tv channels and with phone - ~40€
Phone - I'm using it only because it provides some "friend numbers" option, it is cheaper a lot, not like when I want to use my mobile phone where when I want to talk with someone out of my country it costs almost 3€ for 1 minute.
TV - only good channels are those by Fox television, nothing more.
In the beginning my ISP was at Grade A with the speed of 5 Mbps, and with ~85% Faster then the rest of my country, maybe even faster.
Now with 8 Mbps is 69% and grade B......
And soon I expect it will be at grade C.
