Just put necro is enough.
I hate whenever guide didnt put it at title.

And please use decent naming for class (DEFINITELY NOT DUDU OR SOSO)

In other post, I put: Laz set is the best option for Necro summoner/totemancer... My opinion don't have changed...

Laz's Surplice Cap

25% Faster Run/Walk - Well this is really handy, why not.
+50% Bonus to Summoned Minion Life - Boosts RC'ed minion life! Very vital!
+75% Bonus to Summoned Minion Damage - 75k magic damage is not enough! Lets forget about boosting totem damage and put on some usless crap that dont feet us at all.
+350% Enhanced Defense
All Resists +35% - Not bad.
Socketed: 4

This thing gives us 2 necro skills and allres (for caster *irony*), something like this cant even compare with mighty Laz's set cap.

Wand and belt are little better but not the best option for sure. Mr Green U just can use them if u dont have ashaeras armor, su wands etc thou theres many other good options.

Not mentioning totally wasted set bonuses for a caster necro that rely on RC and shield that replace core of the build. From whole set this build will get use only from some common necro skills, frw, 5% dr, 5% max allres and 15% energy boost. Bouncing Mr. Green

Sets are the best! Why think - put on sets!1 ftw1

Well If you build this char of scratch, you don't have those godly SSU, SSSU items and set rains like flies..., AND not all totemancer use RC as uber skill...Some variations use DW, for that necros Laz set is good , for example Gaystar necro. For thath specific build, you are right...this set can overshadowed by unique /rw.

This build specifies on using RC and Defender Spirit. U dont need any godly items to overshadow Laz set for this build, even honorifics can do it. Mr Green

Wink Ok I only sugest that set, cause drop like flies with 350% MF... In other theme, 1 moster veteran wich can instakill you, and they are very dificult to beat are the "Land Mass" in ROF. Also, cog packs, and storm minins(elite fallens) are very dangerous for his on death skill casted by the shaman. Ice clans, Death clan also shares this feature...

land mass -> uses earthquake + Shower of rocks , i think all summoner/totemancer wont have much trouble beating them. they are imm to COLD btw....

storm shamans -> uses fairy ring (amazon skill) which deals fire and physical dmg.. you need decent dr for it....

ice/stone clan -> uses corpse explosion(maybe similar)....

for cog packs -> they are so fast and might have corpse explosion again but only shaman can cast it... they use spell like maelstorm and spikenova bomb Smile

all you need is decent dr and kiting skill thats all... imo all mobs cant instakill you while your summons/reanimates around... except your in low hp...
