Better DIII Attribute System

I was just thinking that the current DIII attribute system sucks very hard.
So I was thinking what the developers could have made better.

I think the best would be something like this:
one attribute that raises all damage
one attribute that increases critical hit chance
one attribute that gives % damage reductions (diminishing returns at 50%)
one attribute that reduces resource costs & cooldowns & increases amount of resource generated

What do you think?

I think it's pretty futile to think about ways D3 could have been better.
Plus it makes me depressed. Sad

But sure, your system would be interesting.
