Detailed "ubers"? Ok.

First: i.w.i.t.s.a.* (See the bottom of this document)

Most of ubers easy if you have huge damage and some "meatshield". Sorceress perfect, strong ranged offensive area-spells and strong summoned minions, child's play. But 2-3 ubers almost impossible and 2-3 very hard for all classes. If you complete easiest Vizjun and Ureh (Kingdom of Shadow) better if you start a paladin.

SKILLPLAN

Dont be fire sorc, better the lightning. Regeneration recommended only in Maggot Lair (Brachyceran), but Living Flame not enough, required a crafted orb with eagle stance. With warp armor, you have good defense, dressed in armors with low requirements; and 20% dodge, but most of important: your elementals get bonuses from warp armor; 1 point elementals enough to strong "meatshield".

Maxed spells: Witch Blood, Familiar, Forked Lightning, Warp Armor.
1 point: Ice Elementals and perequisites.
Leftovers: Snow Queen.

Witch blood yes; many situations, if your life orb is not full, you are dead; granted huge damage and life when you kill. Familiars granted 9 all skills (this is huge damage too), and stunning your enemies.

Main stat: Energy, others only for equipment if you need.

Respecialize: Maybe if you want to collect Brachycearn' charm, and perhaps Kabraxis. More life and defense, or more damage for instakill.

EQUIPMENT

Dont waste your days or weeks to "search" the armor of the old religion or other sacred uniques. Dont download hacked shared stash from internet. Make easily and fast better items, and go to "ubers" bravely. With tiered uniques and runewords, you can put all of your stats point to energy, you can use more mystic orbs; so your damage output equal or better than with sacred uniques. For some "ubers", recommended different items.

-Base items: Lily, Kali, Megalith runewords; Ennead's bane and Aerin Orbiter uniques, 2 rare rings with 1 allskill and spell damage, rare amulet with 3 allskill and spell damage (reroll with oil), ornate-crafted staff with 10-12 sorceress skill levels and 100-150% lightning spell damage. For runewords, use chain armors, cause less requirements.

-Upgrades: Try to use shrine blessing on your crafted staff (cube with shrine and arcane crystal), and lucky recipe on all items (cube with oil of luck).

-Sockets: Ort runes, or rerolled rare jewels, or crafted jewels for more lightning damage (jewels possible faster cast rate, resistances, energy bonus and other good things, together with lightning damage).

-Mystic orbs: More reduce enemy lightning resistance and bonus to lightning spell damage, maybe some regenerate mana to rings and amulet.

-Alternative items:
-For resistances: Unique or honorific (maybe crafted) armors with gems. Mystic orbs with reanimate as skeleton, and of course, lightning damage; if you need, more resistances. Recommended where you not need very high damage. Most of ubers not required resistances, but without resistances, you easily dead before reaching the entrance.
-For poison: Gamma field with Demeter runeword or Black Lotus Strike with rerolled rare amulet (slow but huge poison damage); Devouring Cloud with crafted gloves (fast killer area-poison). Other poison item-only skills suck (venomous spirit, emerald prison, diseased cattle, etc). Additional poison-enhancers: Umbaru's Jinx unique, Vilehand unique, Destroying Angel unique, Gehenna runeword, Cathedral runeword. Poison useful in some "ubers".
-For Quov Tsin: Cloudladdder unique, Iceshell unique, Magnet Rock unique, Kali runeword, Azmodan's Heart "ubercharm"; gems in sockets for 94 elemental resistances and 90 poison resist, upgrade with mystic orbs for 450 stacked resistances.
-For Brachyceran: 2-3 items for 95 posion resistances +500 stacked and ~60% teleport when struck; crafted orb with Eagle Stance.
-For Kabraxis: Crafted gloves with fire cascade against "ultra fire", crafted staff with death ray against "ultra magic", crafted bow with cyclone and damage enhacer items against "ultra earth" (not enough good, but better than arcane torrent); 3-4 honorific item with teleport when struck against Kabraxis, or full lightning enhancer equipment and respec for maxed thunderstone for lucky instant kill.
-Other: farm to sacred uniques and sets, try to craft, and testing your character with this items, if you want.

THE "UBERS"

Duncraig: When you get here, below level 120, without charms; you can slowly clear this area. Later slowly too, but better if come back later with other charms. Most of zombies dead before approaching. Immunes problem, but summoned minions and reanimates keep back them. If you need, switch to equipment for more reanimates and some poison/lightning resistances. Dangerous area, cause exploding barrels, but medium killspeed enough. Stay behind reanimates and elementals, step forward carefully, retreat if need. Use thunderstone and frigid sphere, forked lightning effect cause indiscernible the barrels and fuze effects. Anyway boring and slow. Assur the less problem, use elementals or/and run around, then not pounce to you, and easy to purify. But be careful at entrance and near Assur. This area fastest and safest with "bowazon", but doable with all class.

Kingdom of Shadow: Run and "uber"-luck with 500-800% faster run/walk, for gays and hackers. Better if you come here with your paladin, with eagle stance from crusade runeword. Or your sorceress help to develop a poor barbarian, this dumbass can walk through to Jurish Khan with >20k life and >500k defense (this character unfortunately not good for anything else). Ok, nice videos on youtube with auto-teleport and other hacks, but really way with paladin or barbarian.
Astrogha: ~30-45k damage forked lightning enough with ~200 reduced enemy lightning resistance, if you have luck and astrogha dont regenerate. If you have more damage, Astrogha dead by one hit (if you need, use elixir of power, bloodlust with circe runeword on weapon switch, and output damage easily ~50-70k with other charms). Kill darklings, statues and Astrogha until she die. If your damage below 40k, and not enough reduce resistance, come back later with other charms. Forked lightning better than thunderstone, cause kill most of darklings, and nobody can kill you when suffer Astrogha's curse. Use bravely the reanimates and summons. Need some luck, assassin faster with twinfang. But first, clear this motherfucker map with enough resistances.

Cathedral of Vanity+Inarius' Revenge: Pick up a demeter runeword or rerolled rare amulet with black lotus strike, and some poison-enhancer equipment: umbaru's jinx and vilehand uniques, gehenna runeword, and cathedral runeword if your choice the black lotus. Rush to crystal ball and cast gamma field or hit with black lotus strike. >200k poison damage recommended with 150-200 reduced enemy poison resistance (easily 250-700k with gamma field or 300-350k with black lotus, without charms). If you die, dont press escape while crystal ball poisoned. After come back with normally equipment to clear area. Inarius resummoning easy, just run around, and deathstrikes dont hurt you; or cast gamma field and come back when all dead. Posion tactic recommended for all characters, but instakill ball with other spells is possible.
Legacy of Blood: Summon between elementals, when Bartuc cast whychwind, kill him. Wait until he cast, or retreat when golems die, cause you and your elementals easily die by exploding golem-corpses. Easy if you cast strong gamma field like at Vanity, and come back for charm. Of course, instakill possible at the right moment, but poison easier.

Butcher: Summon more butcher on different places, elementals immobilize them, and pentagrams appear near to butchers. Or summon one butcher and only 1-2 weak minion, and lure butcher to pentagram. Poison useful of course, but butcher fast die by any spell.

Infernal Machine: Go in, kill them all. If your damage not enough, try to rush and cast gamma field or black lotus strike (like at Vanity).

Judgment Day: Your elementals almost invulnerable here, just stay behind them. Wait until a demon appear, and kill with thunderstone (or forked lightning if enough strong). Ok, if you want to upgrade charm, better if you come back later with other charms, but easy too. This upgrade easiest with sorceress. Upgrade luck-based hard without strong summoned minions.

Quov Tsin: Come back after you collect Azmodan charm. Pick up Kali runeword, Iceshell, Cloudladder and Magnet Rock uniques. Fill sockets with gems for +maximum resistances, cube with mystic orbs for +resits. Now elemental resistances 94, poison 90, and all stacked >450. Go and kill, 1-2 lucky thunderstone enough. With fire spells, the fight longest and boring.
Fauztinville: Come back later with more charms, or leave this level forever, three rune not essential. If you want collect the runes, recommended a crafted gloves with devouring cloud (gamma field too slow here). With quor and taha runes, you can make venefica and drekavac runewords with maximum skill level increased by 1; extreme boring map, but runewords useful.

Tran Athulua: Cast forked lightning, stay behind elementals, and keep moving. Reanimates very useful. Easy, Athulua too. Charm useful, bow just funny.

Brachyceran: Pick up a crafted orb with eagle stance, honorific belt and gloves with gems for 95 poison resist, mystic orbs for ~60% teleport when struck (and more poison resist if you need for 500 total stacked). ~1k/sec regeneration keep alive if you keep moving, teleport save you when suffer miasma and surrounded by maggots. Brachycearn dead by some lucky thunderstone. If you die, you can collect your corpse easily. If regeneration not enough, perhaps respecialize temporarily for lightning+fire combination, ice elementals almost useless here. Easier with paladin, but not too hard for sorceress. Totally indisposed map, huge, narrow and buggy. Get epic block and slow, spells dont targeting correctly (although Yshari Sanctum significantly easier, but larger deepshit, have fun).

Creature of Flame: avoid magic missiles and kill him.

The Binding of Baal: Kill them all with forked lightning, maybe switch to thunderstone if Tal Rasha alone.

Uldissian: Come back when you collected many charms. Most of enemy very weak, just cast thunderstones and they are dead when appear. For some immune enemies, required different spell. Beware from Baal replica (last enemy before Uldissian), easily swarm and kill you.

Yshari Sanctum: No problem with enough damage and some resistance, but huge and boring area.

Kurast 3000 BA: Kill them all. Elementals defend you, easy to attack totems, after clear the area.

Death Projector: Avoid death spiral, kill.
Startled Witch: Stay behind elementals, cast any poison spell by items. Thunderstone for nests, purify for traps. Witch is idiotism, try if you have patience for this shit. So better if dont waste your time here. Unfortunately, charm is useful.

Brother Laz: Like Startled Witch: bullshit.

Cryasor: In sewer, cast ice elementals to protect yourself, and kill enemy elementals. Near stairs, unsummon your elementals, and carefully lure the witches with summons. On 2st level, ice elementals keep back the ratfinks. Goliaths weak, Chryasor fast die by thunderstone or strong forked lightning. Resummoned Chryasor is suck.

Vizjun: Like Kingdom of Shadow (Ureh), better if you come with paladin. Or luckrunshit.

Azmodan: Go in with elementals and cast thunderstone to Azmodan; or pick up poisonous items and cast gamma field. You easily get block or silence, or Azmodan use a spell and invulnerable for 1-2 second. Gamma field can affect poison and can kill him, after you die. Maybe pax mystica useful for fastest entry, but suck if you get silence. If you fail, just reload game with different monsters, until you can go inside and kill Azmodan.

Akarat: Summon between elementals, step back and cast thunderstones or forked lightning. If your choice is forked lightning, and damage not enough to kill Akarat, switch fast to thunderstone.

Rathma Square: Stay behind your elementals, send forward some elementals and spells. With enough damage, Primus dead 5 second after you enter here.

Kabraxis: Use various spells against "ultra-elementals", teleport when struck against Kabraxis, see at alternative items. Most of elementals easy to kill, except "ultra earth", he is problematic. Kabraxis instant kill possible with thunderstone, but risky; if you can instakill the skull pile, can instakill Kabraxis too; problem survive until he lost lightning immunity. If you luck, he is dead less than a minute, if not, half hour or more. With assassin, i can kill this bastard about 10 minutes without die. The charm with very lame sound effects, but maximum resistances very useful.
Toraja: Your elementals strong enough to protect you and edyrems. Just go to Lilith and kill her, but stay behind your elementals. If you want runes, stay to "farm". Easy with necromancer cause invulnerable minions, and easy with charmer-reanimator "bowazon" too.

Ghosts of Old Bremmtown: Summon 2-3 elementals forward, step and cast forked lightning. Pure eurhythmics, doable with naked assassin. Of course, a paladin with some runewords and sacred armor, totally safely run around and clear whole area half minutes.
Lord Aldric Jitan: Like Akarat; summon between elementals, step back and cast thunderstones, or forked lightning, if enough damage.

Island of the Sunless Sea: Simple massacre. Keep elementals, cast forked lightning, temporarily retreat if you see ghosts. Reanimates useful.

Khalimgrad: If you have enough damage, you can clear fast the whole area with forked lightning. If you have not enough damage, just kill the avatar nearly to entrance.

Belial: If he present, better to reload game and summon him. Summon near to entrance, but the other side of the river. When appear, use town portal and go back to Cellar from Ancient's Way. Belial blink to you, but ratfinks (miniature rats) stay the other side. Belial summon henchmen, cast retaliate, punisher nova and a curse. Henchmen easy killable, retaliate dont hurt really, high poison resistance save from punishers, but the curse kill you fast. Cast thunderstones to Belial at entrance, if you see your life orb start fast decreasing, retreat to Ancient's Way (if Belial follow you, suck). Belial dead by a Thunderstone, if he lost resistance, just keep casting. Alternative method using gamma field, Belial not poison immune.

Assault on Mount Arreat: Kill all.

Baal: With enough damage, easy. Use thunderstone, and ice elementals of course.

Bull Prince Rodeo: ... Ok, i help: summon him and kill. If you can defeat Baal, its very easy. If Rodeo lost lightning immunity, dead by one thunderstone, out of screen, while try to fight with your elementals.

"Useful" tip for newbies: You lost your full equipment when die and automatically port to nearest "town". And the diablo-characters very item-dependent. So, make 50-60 complete equipment, and if a boss always kill you, just return with reserved items, open town portal and try again. Soon everywhere your corpses with full equipment, and the old good click-click-click method works Very Happy.
