Batstrike + Bloodbath
Wouldn't it be nice to make batsrike releasable via the innate skill bloodbath? I mean batstrike favors claws and bloodbath requires dual claws.
I tried playing batstriker and it is really a hassle to maintain bloodbath that lasts a very short time to have that nice block while switching to batsrike+normal attack every 5 seconds and that is for the entire game. I ended up respeccing to throwsin instead to have the permanent block
Im not entirely sure if this is due to D2 engine limitations but if it is then at least double the duration of bloodbath?
P.S I wish there is a suggestion sub-forum here in medianxl.

Ideally Bloodbath would be a passive, but idk how that can be coded either.
Then every 'sin will have dual claw on switch (with socketed Nih runes).

Just a question : bloodbath gives 1%block for each 50dex iirc. Is it also capped at 75%?

Yep.
Dual-claw Batstrike is too annoying for me to play, TBH. The standard gameplay is:
1) Blink onto enemies
2) Hit them with Bloodbath on LMB
3) Switch from Blink to Shadow Refuge on RMB, hit a monster with that
4) Switch from SR to Batstrike on RMB, hit a monster with that. Make sure you only click once or you'll end up charming enemies when you don't mean to
5) Switch from Batstrike to normal attack on RMB, hit a monster to release the nova
6) Switch from normal attack to Blink, goto #1

its much easier than that actually. I put barrier strike on lmb for emergencies, rest are all on rmb so you just keep rmb pressed and play the piano with the left hand

Yeah, me too. But the whole point of Batstrike was to make a Dual Claw skill (since dual claw gives you two charges of Batstrike on one cast).
When that didn't work out Laz added Bloodbath to encourage dual-claw builds.
Then he nerfed the duration after I told him it would be abused by non-dual-claw builds otherwise.

But Bloodbath is too annoying to use (play the piano with left hand, lol) so I don't use it.

Speaking of unusual melee sin builds, how are Flowersins? Er, Twin-fang sins? Do people use them with Naginata + Laserblade?
