Bear stance barb is very easy for new players. Thundergod alone adds decent enough damage when maxed for when you're just starting off. Daedalus should help the matter as well if you don't feel comfortable forgoing runemaster for nephalim weapons.

I play barb some time ago... The BS barb, or the KS+RM+SG combo barb (aka "THE NEPHALEM NUKE" is a good build, but I wouldn't say an "easy" char.

Now, I play Spearzon ( Stealthmastes Puncezon's guide) and is a relly quick build for farming... great mobility.. sick poison damage... but low life. You still can die in some hits...

I also play Treewarden. And is a sick build. Good life, morph (you don't instadie) and if you play with maxed Circle of life, then you have sick reg , 1M of defense and ES perma on with berries.. OFC, you MUST complete the BRC for unlock the real power of the build, but the leveling stage is a joke. Using IOTS may be a bit hard in the beginning (sick run speed once you've maxed the skill).

blood hatred barb with smaxed imortal, eagle stance, and full vit + ohm runes can do a pretty good job and he is pretty much strong and a great bosskiller.
