What mods work on offhand weapon? (when you dual wield as barb for example)
For example:
1)cb/deadly strike/slow
2)reanimates
3)energy/etc factor
4)enemy - res
5) +spell/etc damage%
Or the only thing that doesn't work is procs on strikin/melee/kill ?

Thanks hellgrind  Cool

Q: Skills that convert damage to <element>, will +%<element> spell damage increase the converted damage?
A: No.
A2: The only way to increase a percentile-based's damage is to increase what it's a percentile of. (In this case: Your damage.)
The same is true for Feedback spells, where you need to increase your life/mana as required.
N.B.
Using the appropriate '-enemy resist' will increase the damage done by the converted portion.

Q: What sources of my damage are converted to elemental damage?
Say for example the Barbarian's Stormblast, that tells me 100% of my Damage gets converted to lightning.

  • Weapon damage - Yes
  • Dual wield offhand damage - ?
  • Elemental damage on weapons - ?
  • Additional damage on other gear - ?
  • Additional damage from stances - ?
  • Additional damage from charms - ?

Clearly It's not all of these, as I can kill lightning immunes with the Stormblast
Any input appreciated

The last question under Qs that won't be answered now gives a contradictory answer:

Where are the best places to farm [gold, rare, unique, sacred unique, set, runes, UMOs]?
A: Read the Pearl of Wisdom. It lists the biased areas.

The pearl of wisdom no longer reveals the uberquest drop bias. I checked it twice just to be sure. My apologies if i'm causing a headache, its not intended. I'm just trying to help. Thank you.

Q: Where are the best places to farm [gold, rare, unique, sacred unique, set, runes, UMOs]?
A: Read the Pearl of Wisdom. It lists the biased areas.
Also:
The Countess has a very high chance to drop runes.
Bull Prince Rodeo has an assured MO drop. On top of which, his drop does have a UMO bias. (10% to drop UMO.)
The Robot bosses in Fauztinville have an assured rune drop.
That said, everyone in Destruction Fauztinville can drop Fauztinville Great Runes. (Taha, Qor, Ghal.)
Likewise, everyone in Destruction Toraja can drop Toraja Great Runes. (Krys, Auhe, Sha'ad.)

Then let's complete this list (Taken out of the Documentation):

  • Gold: Island of the Sunless Sea - Drifter Cavern (Act 5: Glacial Trail)
  • Rare: Khalimgrad - Infernal Pit (Act 5: Frozen Tundra)
  • Unique: Tran Athulua - Halls of the Dead Level 3 (Act 2: Dry Hills)
  • Sacred Unique: Tran Athulua (Uniques) / Duncraig (Sacred Tier items) - Cave Level 2 (Act 1: Cold Plains)
  • Sets: Kurast 3000 BA - Arachnid Lair (Act 3: Spider Forest)
  • Runes / Shrines: Fauztinville - Stony Tomb Level 2 (Act 2: Rocky Waste)

Usually "damage" stands also for "physical" damage, so there's your answer.

The converted damage will be equal to your physical damage that comes from your weapon. TTAD is excluded, obviously.
In this order
> %ED - stat is restricted to your weapon
> Flat min-max damage
> Skill %ED also known as %EWD - essentially any %ED source that doesn't come from the weapon (unless your weapon has %EWD)
> Specific skill multiplier (example 1/2)

So basically the entire physical damage component is replaced (partially or entirely) by the conversion - %LL applies after conversion as well

So, resuming:
Weapon damage - Yes
Dual wield offhand damage - ? As far as I know, you can't hit with both your weapons at the time Very Happy
Elemental damage on weapons - ? Isn't converted
Additional damage on other gear - ? Yes, as long as it's not elemental
Additional damage from stances - ? Yes, as long as it's not elemental
Additional damage from charms - ? Yes, as long as it's not elemental

Thanks Marco for the sum-up.

Guess I was thinking about additional damage on Quivers or Arrows, though that would most likely be considered the same category as "Additional damage on other gear" -> Yes, as long as it's not elemental

Q: Does %minion damage/%minion health have a cap, or can you just keep adding it up?
A: Minion life is always uncapped, but minion damage is generally capped at 2k. This is base damage which is ONLY based on slvl; %miniondamage will then heighten this 2k further, as will any spells that increase damage.

Note: Barbarian Spirits have capped Life as well. Shamanic Trance adds obscene amounts of %minion life, and even now they roll over (seems to occur between 135 and 145k).

So in "MXLU_XIV-b" for Summoner (nec) there is or there is no life cap at 65k?? (for minions of course)

the reanimate on the "malakbel" runeword - baal (vision of destruction) casts some debuff that turns enemies orange. Is it prevent monster heal or something else? pmh is the only orange debuff i know of.

you might have more responses if you ask that in the Short Questions Thread:
http://www.medianxl.com/t5684-short-questions-thread

I think the Void Archon elite monster has the same debuff look, but I don't know if they do the same thing. (void archon prevents heal and I think it reduces attack speed or something)

For baal I don't remember, someone could check in the files, I don't have time to go digging trough it and figuring it out, sadly.
